How do we learn how to recognize and embrace the gifts life has to offer us? <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Human Design<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has the answers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve just moved out of<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/human-design-gateways-the-book-of-lines-hexagram-gate-6-conflict-resolution-lines-1-6\/?inf_contact_key=c2946c63ecf207ddce259e9345d6cbf37e470d92b8b75168d98a0b8cac0e9c09\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gate 6<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the last of the 8 hexagrams collectively known as \u201cUniformity.\u201d Now the pace begins to change as we go into gateway 46, which is one of the gateways in what we call \u201cThe Vessel of Love.\u201d It&#8217;s a gateway called \u201cSerendipity\u201d and it&#8217;s the closest we&#8217;ll ever come, in the I-Ching, to the word <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luck<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<center><iframe width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gIs09ZQiC-4\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/center><br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It says that growth and good fortune come from application, truthfulness, and sincerity\u2026or simply by being in the right place at the right time <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with the right attitude<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is perhaps the big takeaway from gate 46. What does it take to be \u201clucky\u201d? Yes, you have to be in the right place at the right time, but you\u2019ve also got to have that magical ingredient: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attitude<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Which is to say that you have to be ready to embrace fortune, to receive or respond to whatever it is life has to offer you as a result of being in the right place at the right time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-197613\" src=\"https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Gate-46-image.png\" alt=\"human design\" width=\"406\" height=\"545\" srcset=\"https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Gate-46-image.png 925w, https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Gate-46-image-768x1031.png 768w, https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Gate-46-image-285x383.png 285w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 406px) 100vw, 406px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, let\u2019s see how this plays out in your <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Human Design<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> line by line:<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>First Line: Promoting<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first line is called \u201cPromoting: inner conviction is recognized by those who seek to align with you.\u201d And that <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inner conviction<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can be seen as that \u201cattitude\u201d mentioned above. That willingness and ability to be available for growth. The willingness to expand your life experience and to promote your availability by saying \u201cI\u2019m here. I\u2019m ready. Who&#8217;s with me? Who wants to find me?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, on the other side of it is the question, \u201cAre you ready to grow, or not?\u201d Your inherent confidence or lack of readiness to grow either attracts assistance or not.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the things that really attracts good fortune to us is being in a state of gratitude and gratefulness, and if you insist on developing solely by your own efforts without looking for outside assistance, you&#8217;re not allowing existence to help you, and you might miss out on some potential allies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, the key here is to be aware of what&#8217;s available for you, who is here for you, and how you can promote yourself in ways that open up possibilities for growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Second Line: Expanding<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second line is the line of expanding. Like it or not, all eyes are on you. You&#8217;ll find that if you&#8217;ve got the 46 with the second line, when you walk into the room, everybody&#8217;s going to turn and look at you. You have stage presence, and life wants you to be available and open.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But, while the second line has this very natural quality to it, it also has the potential for denying, for saying \u201cI&#8217;m not really interesting enough for people. Nobody really needs me, etc.\u201d So, now is the time for you to recognize that life is wanting to deal you something in this moment, something that can bring you great benefit. Even with modest resources, and without the approval of others, you have an opportunity to grow. And you do this through your sincerity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Third Line: Progressing<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The third line is called \u201cProgressing: moving upwards in life without doubts.\u201d In general, third liners are the experimenters, the pioneers. They like to try things out, and they get their fingers burned quite a bit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, the key here is to progress, which means to learn quickly from your mistakes. You try something out, it doesn\u2019t work, you move on and redirect your course. The third line is very versatile in this way. When proceeding into the unknown, you need not hesitate as long as you are clear in yourself. As long as you are checking in with your <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Human Design<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, your Type and Authority, you are going to have that sense of clarity you need to move upwards in life without doubt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Fourth Line: Fulfilling<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fourth line is called \u201cFulfilling, holding true to your inner commitment to grow.\u201d\u00a0 This line is always trying to join everybody together. You want others to see things from a singular point of view. You want everyone to grow together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the 4, 5, and 6 lines especially, it&#8217;s very important to know exactly what is right for you in this moment of growth and expansion. But the bottom line with the fourth line is that you are open to growth and want to get others on board with you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But while it is great when you find yourself surrounded by company that really appreciates how you do things, there is the danger that\u2014because you see growth as a natural part of life&#8217;s process\u2014you may fail to acknowledge those who assist you in your growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Fifth Line: Proceeding<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fifth line always has that leadership potential, that quality of overseeing things. And here, the fifth line is called \u201cProceeding: A naturally powerful development needs strong inner virtue.\u201d The word <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">virtue<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is common to most fifth lines and it ties in with this ability to be a natural teacher, the one who can see things\u2014great outcomes, great possibilities\u2014clearly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bottom line for a fifth line is that you always have to make these great visions practical. You are drawn to realizing these great possibilities for people. And the difficulty there is that others might come to expect this from you, which can cause you to get deflected from your own growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your Achilles heel as a fifth line is that you go out of your way to rescue people rather than being true to yourself. But where you find your genius is when you stay in your inner virtue and provide what is truly needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Sixth Line: Reappraising<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The sixth line is called, \u201cReappraising: compulsive advancement requires constant vigilance.\u201d The 46 with the sixth is always going to feel there&#8217;s a sense of growth going on. It just keeps going and expanding, and life keeps delivering. But in reviewing your life&#8217;s efforts, you determine who and what receives your energy and attention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It&#8217;s about checking in and really knowing who&#8217;s with you. Who is in this growth with you? What are the situations and who are the people in those situations that combine to bring about fulfillment to you? And that\u2019s the essence of this reappraisal: discovering what it really is that brings about fulfillment in your life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s essentially the nature of the 46 in general. It is like a compass needle keeping us on track toward fulfillment via remembering to be in the right place and right time, with the right <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">attitude<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, there we are. That&#8217;s the 46.
