Now, the Sun is moving into Human Design Gateway 42, which we call \u201cIncrease.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fA8Vqj8sAE8?si=pIn95CogYIB4kRTf\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Gate 42 is in what we call the Abstract Sensing Circuitry, and it relates to life experience. We are here to have life experiences. Gate 51 shocked us out of doing things the same old way and showed us that it\u2019s time to reinvent our approach. And now, the Human Design Gateway 42 shows us what\u2019s possible afterwards, that everything can grow and expand from here.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Life always wants us to grow and expand, particularly in terms of the experiences we have. We\u2019re not here to be in a rush to get to the next thing. We&#8217;re not here <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">just to mark milestones\u2014birth, marriage, kids, death. Life is experienced anew every day. If we&#8217;re still lucky enough to wake up in the morning, there\u2019s the possibility of something completely different and expansive. That&#8217;s what experiencing is all about. You don&#8217;t have to do the same thing twice. Life is a constant reinvention.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">If you have Gate 42 in your Design, you&#8217;ll know that wherever you go, there&#8217;s the potential for opening up something completely new and different for yourself and others. And that&#8217;s a really important thing to remember, because Gate 42 is in the Sacral Center, what we call the Generator Center. And with the Generator Center, there&#8217;s an on switch, but there&#8217;s no off switch. When you get started on something, you better make sure it&#8217;s something that really calls to you. Because once that fuse is lit, you\u2019re on, and you&#8217;re going to have to see the whole cycle through.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Always trust your own Authority to know clearly whether what is calling to you is aiming you towards a fulfilling experience, or that your energy is being drawn exclusively towards others\u2019 benefits at your expense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-219114\" src=\"https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Gate-42-Image.png\" alt=\"Human Design Gate 42 Image\" width=\"432\" height=\"592\" srcset=\"https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Gate-42-Image.png 906w, https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Gate-42-Image-768x1053.png 768w, https:\/\/evolutionaryhumandesign.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Gate-42-Image-285x391.png 285w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 432px) 100vw, 432px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Let\u2019s take a look at Human Design Gateway 42 line by line:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #008080;\"><b>First Line: Accomplishing<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first line provides the foundation for the whole Hexagram. And here, the line is called, \u201cAccomplishing.\u201d That&#8217;s the nature of the 42: great deeds and accomplishments are possible.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The key to the whole thing is to realize that you have a catalytic effect. And to do that successfully you have to be in touch with your own Type and Authority. And if you are a generator, pay attention to your gut response. Because great deeds are possible, but you have to be sure you are getting a clear \u201cyes\u201d before you engage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">You question your ability to expand in many directions on behalf of yourself and others. You might find yourself wondering, \u201cWho, me? I can do this? I have this effect?\u201d If you&#8217;ve got Gate 42 in your chart, the answer is, yes, absolutely! You align within yourself with inner confidence and certainty that grows in all areas of life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">All of us have reason to question ourselves. But when you begin to look within and question your ability to expand, you\u2019ll begin to see that you absolutely can. You can bring about this growth and expansion in all sorts of different ways. Go within to recognize the source of your gifts and abilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #008080;\"><b>Second Line: Blessing<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second line is called \u201cBlessing: Inner attunement with what is beneficial.\u201d Second lines live in a space of good fortune, provided they trust themselves.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There&#8217;s a delicate innocence and natural presence to the second line. So, when second lines are in a state of growth and increase, they can be a great blessing to themselves and everybody else. But they must maintain the inner attunement to what is beneficial.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Being steadfast and sustaining your clear intentions, you receive tangential benefits. You&#8217;re just going about things in your own natural way, following your own sense of what\u2019s beneficial, and suddenly other things start falling into your lap. By recognizing your Type and Authority, and staying true to it, you find much reward and acclaim just by doing your own thing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">On the flip side of this, if you\u2019re less watchful, you are easily overwhelmed by the demands of others. People recognize this easy way you have about you, your natural ability to see what is beneficial, and they want to jump on board. They want to see what you can do for them. So just recognize that you don\u2019t have to take that on. You are here for your own life, your own expansion that may or may not include others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #008080;\"><b>Third Line: Being Competent<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The third line is always the experimental line. It adapts to new possibilities. It wants to jump in first and see what happens. And the line is called \u201cBeing competent: Great wisdom is gained by learning from your ordeals.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">It\u2019s important to recognize that you really can trust in yourself. You have the ability to bring about growth and increase. And sometimes you won\u2019t get it right. You\u2019ll go through ordeals and big challenges. Sometimes you\u2019ll get yourself into some real messes. But you\u2019ll learn from them. You\u2019ll gain that wisdom and continue to grow as a result of those ordeals. There is nothing that cannot grow if you patiently persevere with clarity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">An unshakable certainty comes when you move gracefully through all trials and adversity. However, on the other side, you may embrace moodiness that easily throws you into despair when problems arise. You might become discouraged and overwhelmed when things don\u2019t work for you. But the third line wants to jump right back in. How are you going to improve for next time? How are you going to make it work? How are you going to find that balance?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #008080;\"><b>Fourth Line:<\/b> <b>Being Trustworthy<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The fourth line is influential, always seeking to bring other people on board. And here, the line is called, \u201cBeing trustworthy: Giving sensible counsel that serves one and all.\u201d Isn&#8217;t it a great thing when everyone rises up together? When everybody&#8217;s on board, everyone&#8217;s receiving the benefits and having the opportunity to really celebrate in things going beautifully?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Your opportunistic nature often finds you mediating the fulfillment of growth for everyone. You have the ability to look around and see who\u2019s with you, who gets it, and what you might need to do or say to get them to jump on board with the experience you\u2019re trying to show them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">When you consider all aspects of growth, you find the way for great accomplishments. You see the cycles of things. You see the openings, the possibilities. You recognize all the potential things that can grow and expand around you. However, immaturity may place greater importance on your company than in the company&#8217;s achievements. Beware of seeking approval from everybody, wanting to get along with everyone. You\u2019re here to open up possibilities for amazing experiences, not just to be liked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #008080;\"><b>Fifth Line: Being Kindhearted<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fifth line always has the ability to oversee things. It\u2019s the guide, the leader. And here, the line is called \u201cBeing kindhearted: Unselfish and clear aspirations bring fulfillment.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Ask yourself, \u201cwhat\u2019s the possibility for this growth? Is it all just for me or can this uplift everybody else?\u201d You can see the possibilities for growth all around you. And the key here is to open it up for others to share in it, rather than just take advantage of it for yourself. Your life is going to grow with this fifth line as well. But as your life grows, you have a great ability to take other people with you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One issue to watch for is that it&#8217;s easy for the fifth line to get pulled into everybody else&#8217;s drama all the time, constantly rescuing everyone. But being kindhearted is one thing, being <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">clear<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and kindhearted is another. So, remember, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inner strength<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and confident kindness benefits everyone, including you, in sustaining growth.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #008080;\"><b>Sixth Line: Balancing<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The sixth line is called \u201cBalancing: Maintaining a good mixture of giving and taking.\u201d Successful steps imply flourishing outcomes so long as you honor yourself and your journey. It\u2019s a two-way street. You\u2019ve got to honor your own way, while being sensible to sharing your growth with others, ensuring that it benefits everyone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the other side of it, if you remain stuck in your own growth, you may actually proceed to deplete everyone else. We see this happen all the time, in the chronic imbalances in the world, the oligarchs and the peasants, the hoarders of wealth and resources. It\u2019s a call to remember that it\u2019s not all about you. This is your experience, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a shared experience.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Growth and increase are available for all of us while the Sun is going through Gate 42. It\u2019s just a matter of checking in and knowing how to catch onto it. How do you bring about a win-win situation? How do you bring about a sense of balance in terms of the growth and increase that is possible in all our lives?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, there we are, that\u2019s Human Design Gateway 42.
